For this meditation, I invite you to take a comfortable seated position. Take a deep breath in. Allow yourself to expand your belly while you breathe in through your nose. Then let go with the exhale. breathing through your nose and breathe out through your mouth. Let go and enjoy the stands between the inhale and the exhale. Feel this connection between the air and your body. Feel the air filling up your lungs, filling up your belly. Every second, there is oxygen running through your body nourishing you keeping you alive. There is a constant dance between the old and the new.

Now I invite you to bring your attention down to your feet.

Feel the soul of your feet, the ground, they might be touching on your feet or making it possible for you to walk every day.

Your feet are carrying all your weight every day. Bring your attention further up towards your nice all the way up your thighs to your hips and feel your legs. Your legs make it possible for you to go wherever you want to go. Your legs connect you to this earth. They connect you to this ground. Now continue this body scan. Bring your attention all the way up to your belly. Just expanding with every inhale you take all the way up to your heart. Your heart beating with every second. And so often we forget that our heart has this powerful and enormous intelligence dressed while acting on our hearts never gets tired at speeding more than 100,000 times each day. And it’s not asking for anything in return. Continue to feel your spine. Your shoulders, arms, hands and fingers. Feel the blood running through the veins of these body parts.

Bring your attention further up to your throat and your mouth. And allow yourself to become aware of realizing this ability that your mouth the ability to express your truth to express your uniqueness. Go further up to your eyes to your ears. Nose, your brain your sculpt. Now, I want you to feel your whole body starting with feeling your skin on your scope going down to your throat, your neck, arms and hands. Feel your skin covering your whole torso, your hips, legs, all the way down to your feet.

Your skin is the reason why everything is held together. Your skin is the outside layer of your body connecting to your environment and feel this wholeness the wholeness that you are the wholeness of your body. Remember, that your body is the reason why you experience this life It doesn’t matter what kind of body we have or which body parts are complete or may incomplete. How this body part or that body part looks like what matters is that your body is unique and that is wonderful.

So in order to express your uniqueness, and everybody your uniqueness that we all are we need to start embracing the uniqueness of our own body because uniqueness from within never able to be expressed through perfectionism. Remember that? And remember the feeling. Have your body in its wholeness. Remember that you are a miracle just the way you are.
